Architecture and Engineering: This is related to planning, designing, and construction of buildings. We design buildings and surrounding spaces taking into account specific environments, technologies and cultural contexts. Our Architectural Group has broad experience with a number of building types and usages, and can tailor a building design to suit every need. In-house Engineers work closely with in-house construction personnel and are both mandated to ensure that the overall project design will blend into a cohesive whole.
DPL Construction has assembled a
piling operation, to support its
property development and
construction projects.
This operation includes Bauer drilling
rigs with support cranes, pumps, and
tanks,
operation
boats and barges. We have
experienced crews
manning each machine, and a team of ex-pat and Nigerian
engineers
for the design and supervision of the work.
This
operation is available to other clients
for their projects as well.

General oversight and responsibility for
the completion of the project on behalf
of the client, including design
development,
construction,
BOQ preparation,
and commissioning.
Contracts are negotiated between the
client and the design consultants and
the contractors.
Client Representation Act as Owner
Representative during the design and
construction phases of a project. Work
with the Project Manager, Consultants,
and Contractors to see the project to its
successful conclusion.
Technical Representation Offer reviews
and advise to the client during the
design phases, and QA/QC during the
construction phase.
